At Rocks Auto Parts LLC, customer satisfaction is our top priority.

Return Window

  • Returns and replacements are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Requests made after 30 days will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

Eligible Returns

  • Items damaged during shipping

  • Wrong items delivered

  • Parts that are defective or not working as intended

Condition of Returns

  • We sell both brand-new and used auto parts.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with original packaging whenever possible.

How to Return

  2. We will issue a return shipping label along with return instructions.

  3. Securely package the item, attach the label, and ship it back as instructed.

Refunds & Replacements

  • Once the part is received and inspected, a refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
